Where is the building located?

In the Victorian Precinct within walking distance of restaurants, historic Oamaru and the Harbour.

Is there security on site? 

Yes, there are three security cameras that monitor the exterior of the building, light sensored exterior lights and a movement activated light in the car parking area.

Is there bike storage available?

As part of the service we offer secure, locked bike storage for guests.

What accessibility features are there?

The ground floor apartment has been designed to be used by guests with all disabilities including wheelchair users. Please let us know if you have a specific request.

How do I get into my apartment?

 The doors have an electronic keypad entry. The code is emailed to guests prior to their stay

Can the bed configuration be changed? 

The Ground floor apartment can be set up as four single beds or two super kings or combination of both. The upstairs apartment is two Queen beds. An extra trundler bed can be provided at a small cost if an extra bed is needed.

What kitchen facilities are there?

Both apartments have full kitchens with kitchen appliances as well as serving dishes, glasses and a dishwasher.

Do you cater for small children?

Yes, we have a cot available and high chair. An extra trundler bed is available if you are a family of five.
